Matcha ORGANIC
 A finely ground green tea powder of the highest quality made from shadow tea. The taste is lovely and sweet, the perfect preparation according to Japanese custom is an art. Powder and water are whipped into a foam with the Cha-sen, a special bamboo whisk. The foam must then be high and firm. There are many uses, e.g. matcha latte.
